Organization: Streamlined, youthful, vibrant
The NCSI is headed by its Director, below who (in descending order) are a Deputy Director and a Chief Secretary. Eighty-five high caliber, with an average age of 41, the current NCSI staff--39% of whom hold master's degrees or above--are organized into an Education Division, a Trainee Service Division, a Library and Information Division, a Secretarial Office, a Personnel Office, an Accounting Office, and a Mid-Island Campus. Lectures and learning activities at the NCSI are given by senior and experienced government officials as well as by university presidents, deans, and faculty, all of whom are hired on an adjunct basis. As a whole, the NCSI is a streamlined, youthful, and vibrant team.
