NCSI fulfills its responsibility in keeping with its philosophy of “service, development, innovation” and positively develop the service spirit of “Work with smile and treat people enthusiastically” in order to create a decent training efficiency. It strives for the development of its advantages under the watchwords of “new era, new paradigm, new strategy”. Most of its planners for training programs are well trained in human resource development, and all the part-time lecturers are selected from among the academics, professors, or specialists at home and abroad, all being experts in their respective fields.


The primary work ideals of NCSI are:

1. Human-based approach: All training efforts are rooted in the concept of humanity and human care.

2. Growth and innovation: Incessant efforts are made to acquire innovation and development of new knowledge and skills for application to the training. Brains are cudgeled in the development of human capital and the creation of intellectual property.

3. Quality services: Customer-oriented spirit is employed to ensure the trainees are inventive, mentally healthy, vigorous to learn, law-abiding, optimistic and aggressive and the knowledge for self-development. Reinforce the evaluation for the achievement of post-training in order to connect service and assistance.

4. Knowledge steering: NCSI is always sensible to world trend and public mood in fulfilling its duties. It has striven to align its efforts to the new ways of thinking of the world and move forward accordingly and to effectively play the pilot role in the development of human resources.
