NCSI fulfills its responsibility in keeping with its philosophy
of “service, development, innovation” and positively
develop the service spirit of “Work with smile and treat
people enthusiastically” in order to create a decent training
efficiency. It strives for the development of its advantages
under the watchwords of “new era, new paradigm, new strategy”.
Most of its planners for training programs are well trained
in human resource development, and all the part-time lecturers
are selected from among the academics, professors, or specialists
at home and abroad, all being experts in their respective fields.
