Set up a well-established organization and spearhead an innovative
team .
NCSI is affiliated to the Civil Service Protection and Training
Commission (CSPTC) of the Examination Yuan. It has a director,
a deputy director, and a secretary-in-chief as well as subordinating
Education Division,Trainee Service Division, Library and Information
Division, Secretarial Office, Personnel Office and Accounting
Office. In addition, NCSI also set up the Mid-island Campus
on May 3, 2004. (Please refer to the organization chart for
details) Under the structure, it has a statutory staff of 58,
5 temporary transferees as well as certain technicians and janitors.
Their functions include the training for newly recruited civil
servants, training for promotion candidates, training in administrative
neutrality and promotion of international exchange in civil
service training experience, collection of information on public
service training, analysis and provision of services as well
as conduction of commissioned training courses, etc.
